The Health Information Resource Center announced the winners in the spring session of its 21st annual Digital Health Awards, which honors the world’s best digital health resources.
The competition, which is held twice yearly, featured 60 categories in the following entry classifications: Web-based Digital Health; Mobile Digital Health Resources; Personal Digital Health Devices / Wearables; Digital Health Media / Publications; Digital Health — Social Media; and Connected Digital Health. A panel of 29 experts in digital health media served as judges and selected gold, silver, bronze, and merit winners from more than 400 entries.
EngagedMedia—a division of Aptus Health—was presented the Silver Award for its EngagedPatient™ platform in the Mobile Digital Health Resources category.
The mobile-first platform provides healthcare consumers with proactive, personalized, and actionable prescription support on behalf of the healthcare companies that serve them. Through its patented technology and real-time access to pharmacy claims data, the EngagedPatient platform connects healthcare brands and patients using the channels that fit their daily lives – including mobile, email, social, voice, and beyond. This in turns drives improved adherence, brand loyalty, health, and business outcomes.
